Relatable, real and unapologetically raw is what describes the music of Costa Mesa California's rock band "Happy To Be Here."

Unequivocally the band's distinct sound comes from the power lead vocal and songwriting of Greyson Grimes to the melodic guitar progressions of James Hamilton and the syncopated rhythms of drummer Cole Walker, Happy To Be Here has something to say that can only be framed inside their songs.

Their music much like them reflects on each one's personal story and their journey from Grimes and Hamilton's inner struggles with drugs and alcohol to a hard-won sobriety.

The single "Me Now" written by Grimes and produced by Grammy Award winning producer Mikal Blue (One Republic, Five for Fighting, Augustana, Colbie Caillat), and Toad the Wet Sprocket bassist Dean Dinning, defines a dark time in Grime's past.
