Story Behind The Song

This song was written for my friend Ciara whose husband was deployed to Iraq. I couldn't imagine the challenges of raising her two little girls while their father was away, and how strong she had to be. She had the CD copied and distributed to all the families of his squadron as part of a welcome home package when the soldiers arrived home in Phoenix. It was played at a welcoming ceremony hosted by the state of Arizona.
