Younee Breaking The Boundaries

Younee from South Korea, is an impressively talented, virtuosic and versatile Singer Songwriter and Pianist, who from an early age had a desire to break boundaries. She is a classical concert pianist and also a music professor in Korea, and also had 2 albums out in Korea as a Singer Songwriter A.K.A "Key's Piano".
After she performed with Grammy Winning Pianist Bob James on EBS TV, she met Richard Niles through him, and she went to London, and released an english album in UK. She wrote all songs with Richard Niles, and among the album songs, is released as a single in U.S and That song reached the top 20 on U.S Radio Chart.
In 2009, Younee toured UK and had a lot of concerts at the finest music venue in London such as Pizza Express Jazz Club Soho, 606club, Vortex Club, Pizza On the Park etc.. and also she was apeared on BBC Radio 3 Jazz Line Up and interviewed with Claire Martin and played her tunes with Richard Niles. Younee also began to win awards herself such as the Yu- Jae -Ha Singer Songwriter contest in Korea, the U.K Songwriting contest and The VH1 Song of the Year and she became Best Songwriter at Music Aid 2009.Younee is uniquely placed as not only being a highly trained classical musician but, who is equally at home in rock, pop and jazz stages.Younee has achieved many firsts for a Korean artist; a rejection of musical restriction, the release of an English language western album with her own songs and a highly successful single in the USA.
