Story Behind The Song
A friend invited me out to church Christmas Eve in ~1977/78. I did not want to go really but thought i would be social and accepted. I was 'blown away' by the bells and saw people I had not seen in a while. The memory and nostalgia of that night caught up and inspired me with writing and producing the song that tries to capture, recreat and celebrate that night/experience.

Lyrics
CHRITMAS NIGHT (C) Tom Conway 2021
There is an old church in Tarrytown
Snow-covered ivy-bound
Where the bells play in perfect round Christmas Night
Christmas Night
Christmas Night and we are singing
The bells are ringing
And he sound is bringing Christmas Night
Christmas Night
Christmas Night
Christmas Night
Christmas Night
There is a place in our hearts aglow
Like a silent shroud of snow
It is a place everyone should know Christmas Night
Christmas Night
Christmas Night and we are singing
The bells are ringing
And he sound is bringing Christmas Night
Christmas Night
Christmas Night
Christmas Night
Christmas Night
There is a sign in the sky tonight
Signified by candlelight
It lets us know everything is alright Christmas Night
Christmas Night
Christmas Night and we are singing
The bells are ringing
And he sound is bringing Christmas Night
Christmas Night
Christmas Night
Christmas Night
Christmas Night
