A song about dreams, musical and otherwise, and the pitfalls of blindly following. This is an acoustic blues at the start, and it gets frantic and electric, asking endless musical and philosphical questions along the way. Is the road to Mississipi some sort of stairway to music heaven? Will a pilgrimage there validate you or what you believe? Is it a right of passage, or an initiation you need to get through?
