I like most everything about this song. The vocals are strong as is the musicianship. The songwriting and the arrangement & production are complimentary.
This song really won me over. Liked the way it eased in with that intro drumbeat followed by clean guitar and distorted guitar with the great harmonic tone. EXCELLENT vocals with great tone and nuance, especially in drawing out some of those long notes. In a few sections, like: 1:01, 2:00 and 3:00 the sound became very lush with a lot going in sonically, but clarity was well maintained through that. Great sound that made for at least three emotional zeniths. Also thought the guitar solo was an excellent fit; compelling and concise, stylish and perfectly controlled. Those vocal harmonies at the very end were also excellent and added to a great variety of sounds that kept this song fascinating throughout.
Great song!! Nice instrumentation!!!
Pretty sharp recording. Like that snare, even if it is electronic. I like how it is insistent throughout the track. Great emotive vocal. I like how the changes are timed/spaced. Like how the guitar is used in spurts in varied ways. I think there's some marketable material here. Especially for any indie or maybe power pop usages.
I like how the harmony vocals accompany the lead vocal right from the start. Nice mix of dynamics, good song structure and strong songwriting elements. Nice guitar solo and really strong vocals. I also like the harmony vocals at the very end. Reminds me a little bit of The Tories and a smidge of Tonic. Heavy rock with strong melody line. Way to belt out the vocals!
