Interesting and engaging track with original ethnic elements. Strong vocal.
1st listen, i like that thin eq intro, when bass arives feels so good, vocal arrives, very good natural vocal tone, backing vocs sound like real voices not samples or synths, good, into halfway point, these backing vocals are very nice, haunting and a good match for the ethnic instrumentstion, 2nd listen now... love this intro, thin and spacey, the guitar really sounds like a middle eastern string instrument, good player too, love these back vocs seriously, the switch from english to arabic is what really makes the track work, drum mix actually sounds better 2ndtime around, stringed istruments are extremely well played, the solo vocal outro is a very nice touch, ok ratings now... market pot 4, mix is good enough but that english lyric is a little weak, cliche... would i like to hear more, sure why not, 4... lyric quality 3, and wothout the arabic i would take it down to 2, sorry... hook quality gets a 4 cuz the arabic has something happening thats very hooky, even tho i dont understand the lyric, its catchy... instrumentation 5, extremely well performed instrumentally and vocally... vocal pitch 5, flawless and natural, not re-pitched with machines, good track... recording quality 4, and i consider 5 to be a company released, rdio play quality, so a 4 from me is high... arrangement qualty, 5 cuz even with no real bridge, its a dance track and stays true to that style... originality of song in total, drop to 4, chord progressions been done and done, melody was slightly above average, so 4 sorry... overall, gotta give a 4 here, i just cant go to 5 for this track as it is, but the performances, if judged on that alone, would merit a full 5 stars... the english lric dropped the overall, sorry... good tune, im belly dancing now
