Story Behind The Song
When I ask my preschool students, ?What is peace?,? the answers are simple and often the same: ?It?s when there?s no war.? ?It?s when it?s quiet.? Rarely do answers move beyond this point even when the discussion is prolonged. I wrote this song so that we as parents and teachers could pursue the concept of peace with our children.

This song is a solemn tune, meant for all ages, which speaks to the question of Peace for all of us. A voice without anger, the way one feels when their parents don't fight, etc.
