Story Behind The Song
I live in the U.S. Virgin Islands and in 2017 we experienced 2 Category 5 hurricanes. Because of this, people who began to act strange after the hurricanes were said to have "Hurricane Brain" (hence the title). This song was developed shortly after the hurricanes hit the islands.
