While strumming on a chord progression one thing led to another and before long I had the opening melody and the opening line. "One too many cups of coffee ain't enough to keep me up. Since you've gone I feel as empty as my empty coffee cup." From there I took it from the heart and imagined what it would be like to miss the one I love.
