Story Behind The Song

'Pelekas' was an idyllic place in Greece where i lived every summer for a few years.I'd meet the same people who'd come back every year and we'd live communally on a beach in bamboo huts we'd built ourselves.It was very strange to go back to city life after living in such a wonderful place with such brilliant people. When i'd look back at it in the middle of a rainy birmingham winter it seemed like a dream or as if it had never happened.Actually it DOES feel like it was a dream-even now...
