Story Behind The Song

I was writing for demos for Epic and this was a song I wrote just for me on my day off, it is still the best song I have written. This version was on my album Brenda Salmons and Epic then got me to record another version with producer Paul Oakenfold, this turned out great but Epic said it was too good to release as I was not famous enough and it would be a waste, this was the beginning of the end of our relationship.

Heaven is a beautiful uplifting song about the girl/boy we all have in our heads but rarely do we meet them, it's the romantic dream that somewhere out there this person exists and one day we will meet them and everything will be perfect. It is a song filled with hope and love
