Story Behind The Song

the incompetence of bankers and the ignorance and naivete of believers in any religion are both regular targets for my rants...this song has the added element of money-worshipping oil magnates who would, in their blind greed destroy the most precious thing we have; to wit, the earth that sustains us.

Song Description

a song about some of the most dangerous people on the planet; bankers, believers in religion and greedy oil executives...all are exploiters of people and/or the earth's resources... but, even though there is little hope for serious improvement in the reasoning and rationality of these groups, I persevere in the belief that eventually (perhaps after many generations) people will see the damage that is being caused by their ignorance! the CHANGES that are likely to occur SOON as a result of the actions of these people are calamitous ones, however, I maintain an optimistic approach that if we don't annihilate ourselves first, positive CHANGES will take place...one day
