Story Behind The Song
The song is all about being young and falling in love; specifically the paralysis of speech and action that comes with those overwhelming emotions. Written from my own experience in earlier teen years with the idea of composing a true pop song from the female perspective. I picture it in a beach scene in a movie such as Princess Diaries. Those kind of scenes drove the song lyrically and in pace.
