Story Behind The Song

I was Director of Research for the John Kerry campaign in New Mexico. The re-election of President Bush seemed to indicate that at least some of those who voted for him are rather dim and do not like progress.

Song Description

A tongue-in-cheek song extolling the virtues of the "good old days" in the U.S. and approval that we're going backwards instead of progressing.
