Story Behind The Song

I wrote this song because i found myself in this situation. So the lyrics were actual actions, conversations and events that occurred. I thought it was important to tell the story because so many times people think of men as the cheaters and the women as the home wreckers or the side pieces, but in this case the woman was the cheater and the man was the side piece. I sometimes refer to it as the male version of the song "The Weekend" by SZA.

Be With Me is about a man finding himself as the side piece to a woman who is unhappy in her relationship. The song details occurrences between the 2 lovers including conversations, public interactions, and sexual encounters. With a nice R&B feel to the hook a banging beat and top notch lyricism in the verses. It has all the ingredients of your new favorite song. This is the clean version there is a dirty version if song is selected.
