Story Behind The Song
One night when I decided I would learn to strum some guitar...
Song Description
Also a big kid's video on Broadjam, of this song. Against all conventional wisdom and professional (???) advice, and somewhat ignoring the norms of decency, I decided it is time to let the world hear my first attempt at strumming and writing a song to it. There is also a video on Broadjam of it, and is only slightly "adult rated," (whatever the heck that is... But the end result was simply having fun, and if you can't have fun writing and recording your own demos, we just as well take up tossing cowchips across Frisco Bay.

Lyrics
OLD WOMAN
Old woman. Don't bother me.
I'm still a boy. Not yet in my prime.
I know you're hungry. But we're wasting our time.
Old woman. Don't look at me.
I'm still a boy. I do as I please.
I know you're hungry. But get off of your knees.
I smell the morning. And I know the sun must rise.
I feel you breathing. And I see love in your eyes.
Don't you know the best in me
has seen the best in you?
You could be the death of me
and me the death of you.
Old woman. Is it my time?
I'm still a boy. But I'll do what I can.
I know you're hungry. And you'll make me a man.
Old woman. Old woman.
