Story Behind The Song
Song was written by Richard Rogers and Oscar Hammerstein III, Oscar wrote it about 12 blocks away from where I lived in Doylestown Pennsylvania, plus he wrote most of the Oklahoma songs there. His farm is a magic spot on earth, I could feel the magic every time I went by his farmhouse there.
