Story Behind The Song
After the first springboard sketch the remainder of the piece cam to me very fast. It was started during a piano student's lesson and finished at my composing studio. The formal training I have dictates the highest artistic craftsmanship possible in every piece I write.
Song Description
Like a great many of my pieces the music creates itself out of that first improv or sketch. The piece is a mirror of how I feel after 25 years of marriage. There is no happiness that is more fulfilling than contentment.
