I was asked by a British record producer (Steve Dobson) to write a song for teen Gospel/Pop artist (Taboka) he was putting together songs for. He wanted a song with a coming-of-age theme.
Song Description
The singer speaks of her getting out of childhood, becoming a young woman, and wants the world to accept this new person. It has an early 2000s production style with some Earth, Wind & Fire (kind of) horns and beat.
