Very, very clever song!!! Love the way you integrate the 80's rock theme into lyrics and music! At first, the vocal seemed just OK but as the song got going, the vocalist zeroed in and the performance has tone, precision, and passion....I hear a little Jim Steinman..although I don't believe he is referenced in the song.
Nice song. I really like the way 80's songs are worked into this, as if a tribute song. Instrumentation works very well for this song. Cool arrangement. Clever lyrics.
Great lyrics! Great idea of singing about a child of the 80's. I don't think I've ever heard such a song, which is why I gave high marks on "Originality of Song" and "Hook". I love the salute to "Centerfold", and other hits of the time.Great transitions, they fit perfectly.
