Story Behind The Song
An arabic poem given to me by a friend inspired me the melody and the orchestration. Then the lyrics followed, in french first. Cyndi was very touched by the message, so I asked her to give her magic for an english version. She literally smashed it.
Song Description
Walking on the beach, an SOS message in a bottle, a call, a cry from Earth. Classical remake of a song I wrote in 2012. Earth bleeding blue from human actions and due to inactions. The song by itself is a powerful and moving message superbly rendered by the most talented Cyndi on top of March Larch's operatic intro/outro, but the video adds even more to the punch of it.

Lyrics
I see myself / walking by the sea
And in my wake
My steps are / filled with its foam
In a strange dream / that comes so often
Which consumes my thinking
And bothers me
Then it runs aground
Against my bare feet
That same corked vial
A message to me
An SOS
A terrifying distress
I see in my hands
A letter in Latin
(Refrain)
"To you, the Chosen One"
Shouts the letter / in few words
So torn and raw
"Tell them all
I can't take it / anymore
They spit on me / with so much derision
I, Land of God
Am bleeding blue"
But what have I done?
What did I say?
For this message
To find me today?
I, who have nothing
More than another
Neither near or far
Gifts of a prophet
But here is the message,
I sing for mankind
As we're passing through
It's all up to us
(Refrain)
With good reason
The letter tells me
Trembling with emotion
"I call for help, for
I can't take it anymore
They spit on me / with so much derision
I, Land of God
Am bleeding blue"
"Oh you Chosen One"
Shouts the letter / in few words
So torn and raw
"I call for help
In passing points of no return
There seems to be time
Together for our children
To act, to reflect
To meet, and to succeed
Oh Earth of God, you Earth with blue blood
It's urgent to let you breathe a little
Oh Earth of God, you Earth with blue blood
It is urgent that we respect you!
