Story Behind The Song
We pastored a small country church in NE Florida. There was a family in our church that had adopted this phrase "Root Little Piggy" whenever they wanted their kids to fend for themselves, especially on Sunday evenings. Our family also adopted the term and I wrote this song to go along with it. Maybe your family will adopt this practice too!
