Story Behind The Song
It's based around me mishearing the French languages "past participle" rule when I was a kid. I heard "pass the parcel". Hence the verses are phrased as if learning a language rule: I want one, you want one, they want one, etc..
Song Description
it's hard to fly away, it's hard to find a way. I think that sums it up. We all want to get away sometimes, but it can be harder than you think.

verse 1:
I have one, you have one, they have one,
everybody's happy
the way they look at me,
it's hard to keep on being happy
chorus:
it's hard to fly away,
it's hard to find a way.
la la la, la la la
verse 2:
I want one, you want one, they want one,
everybody's happy.
the way they look at me,
it's hard to keep from being happy.
chorus:
it's hard to fly away,
it's hard to find a way.
