Story Behind The Song
I was at an open mic and learned a new chord. The next morning I had to write a song using it. The chord set the mood and the rest of the song came out... after several rewrites.

Lyrics
Fragile
Verse 1-
I woke too early this morning
I could not get back to sleep
Turned on my radio
But I could not feel the beat
Last night my life was shattered,
As she walked out the door
She said I never really mattered,
That's when my heart hit the floor
Chorus-
And I feel... so... Fragile
Just like breaking glass
Verse 2-
I stumbled down to the kitchen, tried to find something to eat
Nothing looked at all appealing; I just stared down at my feet
Well a man came on the radio, said even sinners they've got to be saved.
I fell into vertigo, right back in my cave.
2nd Chorus-
And I feel... so... Fragile
Just like breaking glass
And I feel... so... Fragile
She really, kicked my ...
Bridge-
Yeah, I've got issues,
she played from the start
I'm brittle as crystal,
but I ain't that hard
3rd Chorus-(up 1 step)
And I feel... so... Fragile
Just like breaking glass
And I feel... so... Fragile
She really kicked my...
