Person in song has a seriese of disruptive events that alters their plans. Does manage to meet a girl in the middle of the song and forms a relationship. The frustration really stems from trying to get over the hump but the way the world works is to try to keep you down. Of course I"m still working on the song that answers the question about if this guy makes it to where he wants to go. lol
