Story Behind The Song
I was inspired to write this from watching "The Walking Dead" during Hurricane Sandy. The show is secondarily about zombies and primarily how people react in an apocalypse. In that world, Home is neither a place, a thing, nor a person but rather a state of mind. Wherever you survive...you can call that home.
Song Description
Home is a song of survival and self awareness.

Lyrics
I am nothing without my thoughts
I am lost, I am lost
I am nothing without my faults
And these lines crossed, and these lines crossed
My hands are bare but we are not empty
We can always go and we will know that
I am nothing without my tears
I am fearless, I am fearless
I am nothing if I'm not free here
With the interference, the interference
My hands are bare but we are not empty
We can always go and we will know that
Where we fall but get back up again
We can call that home
I am nothing without my thoughts
I am lost, I am lost
I am nothing without my faults
And these lines crossed, and these lines crossed
My hands are bare but we are not empty
We can always go and we will know that
Where we fall but get back up again
We can call that home
Where we fall but get back up again
We can call that home
