I was camping up in County Clare in Ireland, I went there to write some music as the weather was unusually nice. I was watching the waves coming and crashing against the shore and I had this vision of myself on a wave trying to keep my balance clumsily and caught up on keeping my balance and then I came crashing against the rocks and I broke the outer shell of me and there I was, open. It felt warm and peaceful. I had this awareness of all the love that is within me, that comes through me and that has always been there, from Source, the Source that is within everything
