Story Behind The Song
I wrote this song to a beloved family in my church. Our pastor and his family were facing a very hard time with health issues. I wanted so much to comfort them. It was indeed a dark time in our church. This is how this song was born. Because not matter what we go through in life, He is a God who sings to us in the night, ?and by day His loving kindness is freely given to us?. What an awesome God we have. Yes, we go through hard times in this life, but when He is our portion forever, then we become strong, and we see in the night the beautiful stars more clearly. He holds us tight and there is nothing in the world that will harm us, for like a tender mother, he comforts us and sings to us the most beautiful lullabies.
