Watching a friend struggle with leaving a relationship. Knowing it is the right move for her & noticing how she loops around & around in the story of how she can't move forward is just a way of staying stuck.
I was moved to try to encourage her through reminding her that she was smart & clear & that there are benevolant forces in the universe "have her back"
