This song was written thtough the inspiration of a young woman who was raised up in a home where her father was a Pastor and all of her siblings...5 boys 8 girls were very gifted singers.And as a little girl she was violated by her brothrrs and sister's husband sexually which led her to promiscuity growing up.She was very gifted in singing and played several instruments had a promising but could'nt shake off her past so she started using drugs and alcohol to cope.She left the church and started performing professionally and while she performed she used and abused drugs and alcohol until one day she overdosed but God was with her that night and he brought life back to her.She went into a chtistian home got her life together mrt a young man who also was getting his life together as well due to drug and alcohol abuse. He was a great catch all the women eere after him and he was wealthy. When the two of them met they faced a lot of persecution,opposition,setbacks and mockrry because of the woman's past. But that did not stop the man from loving her and despite all the tricks that were used to keep them from being together They finally got married.
