I read a book by one amazing woman

It led her to exotic destinations

How?d she dream up all this stuff
Fairy tales and passionate love
All those death-defying close escapes
They took my breath away

The night fell as I read the last few pages
It ended all too quickly, with a mystery left unsolved
Her final words, a simple dedication

How?d she write this fantasy
?Bout her simple life with me
How she treasured every single day
