Story Behind The Song

This is a mixed story. I was writing this song for my girlfriend who later became my wife. Then while writing this song I did a free show for some special kids in Portland, Tn. These children had so much love to give and not many people to give it too, they have Dowsyndrome. I feel in love with these wonderful kids and I gave them this song that I had wrote, BEST FRIEND! This song was only beaten only by Faith Hill's top three songs on Mp3's world charts in 2002.
