Story Behind The Song
This song was inspired by my love of mystery stories, and my desire to convey that sense of mystery in a musical way. Personally, this song evokes images of the beginnings of an HP Lovecraft story--before the dark and horrible things crawl out and everything goes to hell. Nothing is too out of place yet but something just doesn't feel right...
Song Description
The people of this small harbor town are secretive to say the least. Furtive glances, whispers, and drawn blinds. The shopkeeper narrows his eyes at you and window shutters close above as you walk down the steep and narrow street. What are they all hiding?
