Story Behind The Song
I wrote "See Yourself In My Eyes" based off the movie "Hope Floats" The lead actress finds out on a reality show that her husband is having an affair with her best friend. She goes into deep depression and denial making everyone around her miserable. It takes an old High School friend to help her see herself for who she really is. He shows her that she deserves to love and be loved by showing her his secret true love for her.

This is a song about being broken hearted and not seeing
that you are truly beautiful and deserve to give and have true love.
