Story Behind The Song

The song was originally written to submit to a teen related musical show, to be done in a boy band style. I have since realized it as a girl group song, in the style made famous by Natalie Cole, Patti Labelle, Aretha Franklin and Whitney Houston.

Song Description

A song reminiscent of the songs from the early rock and R&B Days, revisited in a modern Motown style. A song about waiting for love, wishing, hopeing and praying for love, and it never seems to arrive.
