I've been in ruts before, even depression until I talked to my sister. She explained it's okay to be down, it's ok to be sad because that's a natural part of life in which we stay balanced. (she said "how can you be happy if you've never been sad?' How can you laugh if you've never cried?) Life is always changing which makes it so interesting. Song Description

It's always been difficult for me to accept changes when in fact life is constantly impertinent. Once I understood this phenomenon I've come to appreciate life's idiosyncrasies and adapt to it's nuances.
