This song describes what it is like to have OCD, and then on the chorus proclaims that instead of feeling shameful about it, we should embrace it as something that makes us unique. On the bridge it has a background part that sounds like a tv add, and alludes to truths about the disorder, and points out some of the common misconceptions about it.
