Story Behind The Song

I had a friend commit suicide a few years ago. And I always have felt guilty because the night he did it, he wanted to talk to me, but I was too busy for him. I have never shaken the guilt feeling that if I had only stopped for a moment, I might could have saved him. I can't bring him back, but I hope this song will be inspirational to someone out there who may be thinking about doing the same thing. You just can't do that to your family. Sometimes that's all it takes ya'll. Let them know that whatever they are going through, they are not alone. All it takes is a little bit of faith. That's all you need to 'Carry On'.
