Story Behind The Song
I wrote this song with prodigious pianist Luke Howard - one chord progression from him and the melody and lyrics poured out at the same time. His playing always triggers something in me and we write so easily with each other. I think he is a genius.
Song Description
Never Land is the place where business men are lost - the world of business affairs and they are no longer in touch with their inner child. There is no going back from that loss of innocence but there is the longing. Many layers of instrumentation make it rich and interesting to listen to revealing new aspects with each listen.

Lyrics
Verse 1
Come morning I'll be gone
Back to the land where dreams and Tinker Bell were born
Past the clock tower second star to the right
And we'll fly straight ahead on to morning
Never Never Land
Never Never Land
Verse 2
Dreams are dashed so quickly
And the Lost Boys were sold
For the trinkets and the beads that adults hold
You left your window open for Peter Pan to fly back
Yet the curtains of your childhood were closed
Never Never Land
Never Never Land
Chorus
'Cos Lost Boys are like lost souls
They try to act tough yet cry when they fall
Lost Boys are like lost souls
We all miss our mums in Never Never Land
in Never Never Land
Never Never Land
Never Never Land
Outro
Never Never Land
in Never Never Land
in Never Never Land
in Never Never Land
