This song is a "message song," about wanting to be REAL, wanting to see others for everything that they truly are, and yet finding that almost impossible these days. No matter how much "reality" entertainment we create and enjoy, a person can never reall

I was pretty stoked that this song got major label attention (Brandon Creed, J Records). He said to keep going in this direction stylistically, which I have been trying to do to some extent since then.
