Song Description
Sailing, what more is there to say! My darling, little wife, Annie, and I always enjoyed being on the water. However, breast cancer caused her to take a heavenly journey on May 29, 2014. But, Annie is still lovingly and emotionally with me, for I talk to her most every day. Spiritually, she sometimes visits me now and then when I am asleep.
I pray that one day Our Lord and Savior will allow me to join Him and her when I draw my last breath.

Lyrics
"Sailing Thru the Islands"
VERSE
Sailing... this is the way I'd love to always be.
Ya' know there is no better life to me...
than ridin' cross the water's crest.
Wish that I... never had to leave from here.
Oh, the skies and the stars...
you know they comfort me.
Somehow, I know that this...
for me would always be best.
CHORUS
Sailing.... sailing thru the islands...
with the wind in my hair,
and the sea breeze blowin' in my face.
How I love it so...and I never wanna' let it go.
Because I live for these times...
when I escape my worldly woes.
SOLO 1
Oh, can't you see...those waves...
those waves as they play in the rollin' tide.
Don't ya' know they're havin' fun,
as you do, right here, by my lovin' side.
SOLO 2
Don't ya' know...that the sun
and the breezy air, and lazy nites...
do somethin' special here:
Bring peace...and make my burdens small and light.
Repeat Verse
Repeat Chorus
Oh yes, I live for these times... when I escape my worldly woes.
