Lyrics
WHISPER
Seven days of sadness, seven days of rain, seven days another week of feeling just the same
Spend the days remembering, holding on to then, then is full of memories so beautiful like when
We used to sit together and watch a summer rain, and sometimes see a rainbow when the sun just couldn't wait;
Couldn't wait to shine through the clouds so we could see, the beauty and the promise of what is and what could be
I thought I heard you whisper...I thought I heard you whisper...
I thought I heard you whisper in the moments before dawn, Just before I woke to find another day your gone, I thought I heard you tell me everything's alright, and you'll be waiting for me when I fall asleep tonight;
I thought I heard you whisper in the wind and in the rain and in everything that's beautiful that reminds me of your name: flowers in the spring time, the colored leaves in fall, the softness of a gentle snow, your pictures on the wall.
I thought I heard you whisper...I thought I heard you whisper....
I'm lookin at your pictures...I'm lookin at your pictures,
While it rains....While it rains...
(Instrumental)
Are you walking in the garden? does the wind blow back your hair? can you ask the wind to let me know your waiting for me there?
Can you ask the sun to shine through, the clouds so I can see, the beauty and the promise of what is and what could be?
I thought I heard you whisper in the wind and in the rain and in everything that's beautiful that reminds me of your name: flowers in the spring time, the colored leaves in fall, the softness of a gentle snow, your pictures on the wall..
I thought I heard you whisper...I thought I heard you whisper...
I guess that I'll just sit here... I guess that I'll just sit here...
And watch it rain... And watch it rain...
