Lyrics

Hey There Baby
By Cheryl Gross

Verse:
Where are you baby when IÃ?Â?Ã?Â?m downtown lookin for you
I said, where are you honey when IÃ?Â?Ã?Â?m downtown lookin for you
Everytime IÃ?Â?Ã?Â?m lookin for ya, your into something new

Verse:
You know where I was babe, when you were downtown lookin for me
You know where I was babe when you were downtown lookin for me
I told you once, I told you twice that was the place to be

(Lead)

Verse:
You and me babe, weÃ?Â?Ã?Â?re the same two peas in a pod
You and me babe, weÃ?Â?Ã?Â?re the same two peas in a pod
I love you once, I love twice, oh I love you nice

Verse:
I say hey there babe can you tell where you been
I say hey there baby, wonÃ?Â?Ã?Â?t you tell me where you been
Can you keep a little touch with me now and then

Great performance and great creation. Takes me back to a better place and time. Sounds like a perfect mesh of Chuck Berry and Jerry Lee Lewis. If your toes don't tap all the way through this, you're paralyzed!

sounds like real guitar playing. good tones and the vocal fits the song

I loved this song. Rockabilly meets Chuck Berry. All the solos rocked, but especially the guitar breaks (I'm a picker myself). This is a great example of the best years of rock and roll when you just had to get up off your seat and dance.

Good rocking tonight with shades of Elvis, Roy, Jerry Lee and the boys all looking for their baby of course.

This is the kind of song that would really rock in a bar setting. Good job.

Love those 12 bar rockin' Blues, and that guitar really knocks me out! Reminds me of Jerry Lee Lewis, really killin' it here. Excellent idea to have all those cool solos on guitar and piano. The more instrumentation, the better in my opinion. This artist sounds like a live performer and I would love to see one of his shows!

Nice. I haven't heard a fade out in awhile. Good, standard 12-bar blues with some solid guitar work.

a veyr enjoyable fun rock & roll blues number. enjoyed the energy and the performance. loved the piano and the solos
good old skool danceable rock & roll. i thought it was great

Liked this. Fun song.

roots rock it is, like the old school vibe allot, lyrics pretty cool too. nice lead guitar work, like the piano and the off note concept you used in the solo first time around--cool.

NONE NEEDED

Reminds me off Jerry lee lewis which is a good thang.

The guitar tone is good in the leads.
