Story Behind The Song
It seems that I too often let time get the best of me. "Time Is A Wheel" talks about those struggles even thought there is a time for everything under heaven. When I was about 12 years old I got to see a movie about the classic rock band called "The Byrds" This song was inspired by that story.
Song Description

Lyrics
Time Is A Wheel
Intro. Time is a wheel in constant motion (Repeat)
Verse There is a time for everything
A time to dance, a time to love,
A time to sing
There?s time enough to work,
And there?s time enough to weep
A time to laugh, a time to mourn,
A time to sleep
There?s time to speak out loud,
And there?s time to hold your word
Take that advice my friend
?cause it?s the best I?ve ever heard
A time to give, a time to take, a time to kill
A time for hate, a time for war, a time to heal
Chorus Time is a wheel in constant motion
The ticking of the clock
Is giving you the notion
All you really need?s a little self devotion
Time is a wheel in constant motion
The ticking of the clock
Is giving you the notion
All you really need?s a little self devotion
Once the time is gone can?t get it back again
Solo
Chorus Time is a wheel in constant motion
(Come on time)
The ticking of the clock
Is giving you the notion
All you really need?s a little self devotion
(A little time is all I need)
Time is a wheel in constant motion
(Then I?ll succeed)
The ticking of the clock is giving you the notion (And love will be my creed)
All you really need?s a little self devotion
Once the time is gone can?t get it back again
Chorus Time is a wheel in constant motion (A time to live, a time to die)
The ticking of the clock is giving you the
notion (A time to give, a time to cry)
All you really need?s a little self devotion (A time to speak, a time to dance)
(A time to ask for a second chance) Time is a wheel in constant motion (A time to kill, a time to tear) The ticking of the clock is giving you the
notion (A time to heal, a time for prayer)
All you really need?s a little self devotion (A time to grieve, a time to mend)
Once the time is gone can?t get it back again (A time to leave, a time to end)
