Story Behind The Song

The Story of Time found its way to my door in the mid 90's after a series of synchronicities and at a time when I had just read The Mayan Factor. The Maya Theme had been produced and arranged and was ready and waiting for the right opportunity. That is when I received José Argüelles' manuscript with a note asking me to put it to music; even better, it included a poem in every chapter perfect to become a song... José Argüelles always envisioned a musical version of The Story of Time and there is no better time than 'right now' to share this with the world as a book with links to the music, as a musical E-book and for now as a musical audio book...a beautiful story of peace & reverence for our planet...for all ages...so sit back, relax and listen quietly as Great Grandmother Galaxy tells you her story...

Intro According to the ancient Maya, density beams sweeping through our galaxy were believed to influence the birth and functioning of our thoughts, vision and consciousness. Perhaps the Maya, ancient sky watchers and time keepers of the Earth, were here to remind us of our Divine connection to the Universe and the importance of re-aligning ourselves with the natural cycles of the Earth, the Moon, the Sun and the Stars...so we can remember again that we are and always have been autonomous sovereign beings co-evolving with the Earth. I am happy to present this beautiful story as a 'musical' e-book and I invite you to listen to Maya's message of time with an open heart and an open mind and consider the beauty and harmony that is ours to find.
