Story Behind The Song

Every year the holiday season seems to go by so quickly and I've never felt like I had a chance to really sit back and enjoy the feeling. I'm always running around trying to buy gifts, cook and bake, drive here and there. I often don't even get to spend the holidays with my husband because it's easier for us to split up and visit with family than to try to make every holiday gathering together. I dreamt of a holiday season where we can just stay home and be together, and that's why I wrote this song.
