Story Behind The Song

I was at an open mic performing another song, in a new city by myself. I usually get inspiration by people watching, or observing my surroundings. On this particular night, the R and B artist Flentrus Murdock approached me, saying he liked the song I performed that night, and we linked up and wrote the song the next day based on what I observed and how we both felt the night before.
