Here's a great love lost song. It comes across as brutally honest and sincere. Lyrics are definitely well thought out. Extremely clever: Chances are good there's no chance at all. Great word pictures and story, totally was able to follow it. Excellent bridge. Like the way artist repeats the suitcase verse in the final part - really effective. I really like the fiddle in this track.
Good chorus and good hook. Good production and clarity of the recording. Good vocal. I really like the hook and I have not heard that lyric before which is a major plus. The instrumentation is good and the fiddle is a nice touch. I think the style is in line with what you might hear from artists like Jon Pardi or any artist who goes a little more toward the traditional country style.
i love the story behind the song reminds me of traditional country when country music was the greatest
