Story Behind The Song
There are two particular types of people I (Deanna) wrote this song about. The first one, is a young person who has everything available to them but chooses to exert NO energy and therefore ends up going down a bad path. Secondly, I have been friends with drug users who started early on and just can't seem to ever stay clean. There is a lack of WILL there that this song, Diseased explores.
Song Description
Pop/Rock uptempo song that deals with everyone's WILL going through moments where it's almost non-existent.

Lyrics
You've been down
You've been out
You've been beaten to the floor
And now you have no doubt
That you'll be dead
Before the dawn approaches
What a pity to see
You're will is utterly, utterly diseased
How can we stop her from ruining herself
How can we show her her life
Adds up to more than she's been dealt
We can't be sure
If you'll pull through
All the crying and dramatics
No they wont do you no good
I feel pain
To see you like this again
How can we treat
A will that's utterly, utterly diseased
How can we stop her from ruining herself
How can we show her her life
Adds up to more than she's been dealt
How can we stop her from ruining herself
How can we show her her life
Adds up to more than she's been dealt
Can we stop her
Can we stop her
It's obvious it means much more
Than life has got to offer
Can we stop her
Can we stop her
It's obvious it means much more
I place no blame
What saint am I
Along the way somewhere I stumbled
and I left my will behind
Believe me
I know that this won't be easy
How can we treat
A will that's utterly utterly diseased
